Bit Check
This product was designed for a customer whose business involves machining very expensive parts. This customer had an issue whereby the wrong bit/tool can lead to tens of thousands of dollars of scrap. With this product, the vision system interacts with the machining center in order to determine whether the correct bit/tool was loaded saving the customer tens of thousands of dollars in scrap.
