This product was designed to improve the measurement accuracy of aerospace parts. Previously, the measurements relied on the human eye looking through a shadow graph. Due to the subjective nature of the human eye, the measurements were inaccurate and led to losses in time and materials. This product eliminated the human error and boosted the Gage R&R by a factor of 40.
