Blister Inspection
This product was designed to inspect product as it is being packaged. High resolution cameras are used in order to enable the vision system to detect differences between products and flag them. The results are communicated to the PLC via Ethernet/IP. This enables the packaging machinery to easily separate and sort the pockets as deemed necessary.
By using this product, the customer can be assured that the shipped parts are assembled and packaged correctly. The software is readily customizable to inspect any product type.
